I understand that the Chamber, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any merchandise that it deems unacceptable or offensive. Vendors must comply with all federal laws, state laws, and local ordinances. No live animals to be sold. No popping toys to be sold before 12:00 noon Saturday.*

I understand that all spaces are reserved by the date the application and fee are received. Receipt of payment does not guarantee a space. Vendors not awarded a space will be notified. Confirmation packets will be mailed by August 1st. No refunds due to cancellations after August 31, 2026. Mule Day will take place rain or shine.*

I understand the Winfield Chamber of Commerce and the City of Winfield, its agents, representatives, and employees will not be responsible for any loss, theft of property or injury of any kind. I release the Winfield Chamber of Commerce and the City of Winfield, its agents, representatives, and employees from liability and assume the responsibility for my property and personal wellbeing.*
